• Email address
• Phone / WhatsApp number (optional)
• School name and current grade
• Country of residence
• Any message or enquiry you choose to share

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data as defined under applicable law.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your enquiry within 24 hours
• Provide information about our counselling services
• Schedule consultations if requested

We do not use your data for automated profiling, third-party marketing, or sell it to any party.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you check the consent box on our enquiry form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Enquiry form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our secure email. We do not maintain a separate database of personal data beyond what is stored in our email system.

Emails are stored on secure, encrypted servers. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access.

6. Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, or for up to 12 months if you become a client. After this period, data is deleted upon request.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
